Ogilvy Asset Hub is a centralized internal SaaS web application designed to streamline, track, and audit the lifecycle of technological hardware (laptops, cameras, peripherals), software licenses, and employee equipment allocations across the agency.

Prior to this product, IT inventory and employee onboarding allocations were managed through disconnected, manual spreadsheets—leading to operational bottlenecks, lack of maintenance traceability, and unaccounted costs in unused software subscriptions.
